About us
Northeast Diamonds Baseball is a year-round, tournament-focused travel baseball program dedicated to developing young athletes from 8U through 13U in a competitive, structured, and supportive environment. Based in Garwood, New Jersey, our mission is to provide players with the highest level of instruction while building strong fundamentals, discipline, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.
We are a first-priority program, meaning our players and families commit fully to the development process. Our coaching staff focuses on teaching the game the right way—emphasizing skill development, baseball IQ, team mentality, and consistent improvement throughout the year.
Our teams compete in tournaments during the spring, summer, and fall, averaging 4–5 events per season, while our winter months are dedicated entirely to indoor training.
Above all, our goal is simple — to help every player reach their full potential while enjoying the journey of competitive youth baseball.
How we work
Five commitments the program is run on. They are the same five we ask families to hold us to.
The season
Four tournaments a season, two practices a week, and a winter spent at Cranford Performance Institute sharpening what the season exposed.
